Council Information

Council meetings
Exton Parish council meets 10 times a year, usually on Wednesdays at 7.00 pm in the Village Hall .
Meetings are open to members of the public but non-members have no entitlement to speak or vote in meetings.
Once a year the Parish Council organises the Annual Parish Meeting to which all electors in the Parish are invited. At this meeting reports are received from Parish organisations such as Neighbourhood Watch and PAGE and members of the public have an opportunity to ask questions or raise issues with Parish Councillors.
Notice of these meetings is given on the Meetings Calendar on this website and on the Parish notice board in Empingham Road.
