Village Hall

Exton Village Hall is a great venue for clubs, parties, dance classes or any other social activity. Fully heated with two function rooms and a newly equipped kitchen we can provide the perfect venue for your event!

Our facilities:

Main room - 7m x 21m hall with sprung floor, great for parties and larger events. Modular staging available - fits together to your own design for bands or theatrical needs.

Small room - 7m x 6m (not so small!!) sited between the main room and the kitchen and with bar / servery hatches to both of these. Ideal for serving food or setting up as a bar, or simply as a meeting room.

Kitchen - newly fitted with everything you'd expect including twin oven range.

Plus tables, chairs, glasses & crockery all available for hire both at the Hall and for outside events.

Rates of Hire 2011 / 12

Whole Hall £9.00 per hour - Large Room only £7.00 per hour - Small Room only £3.50 per hour

Preparation time £2.00 per hour. Use of kitchen for cooking £10 - no charge for making tea and coffee

Hire of tables £1.00 each -- chairs 20p each -- urn £2.00 -- small charge for crockery and cutlery.

There is no extra charge for heating

Additional charge for users outside the village and commercial hire +10%
